Refund Conditions

We issue refunds for digital products within 2 days of the original purchase of the product. Before a refund is granted, you’d have to allow us to try and help.

Due to the nature of digital media means that once you have downloaded a plugin or theme there’s really no way to ‘return’ it. No refunds will be given except in the case when the digital product is completely unusable.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  1. Valid Reason: We will refund your purchase only if there is a valid reason, such as a technical issue with the product that our support team cannot resolve.
  2. Product Not As Described: If the purchased product does not match the product description on our website, you are eligible for a refund.

Exceptions

We do not issue refunds for digital products in the following situations:

  1. Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for a change of mind or if you have purchased the wrong product.
  2. Product Compatibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that your environment is compatible with the product before purchasing. We do not refund if your environment is not compatible.
  3. Full functionality: The product displays a message about the need to enter a license key or activation (but has full functionality).
